Use of the following technologie- passive solar, dehumidification reheat reclaim, energy recovery ventilators, guest room energy management systems, PTHP heat pumps, , vending energy misers, berm building, low-e glass, increased insolation, efficient selection of equipment-Energy Star, florescent/compact flourecetn fixtures throughout.
